This two day class was held at the Founders Building in Grapevine, TX.
The class was designed to give the beginning and intermediate students
additional skills and confidence in repairing and troubleshooting of pocket
watches. This class was offered to bring back former students from the NAWCC
F-301 Suit Case "Introduction to Basic Pocket Watch Class" and other basic
pocket watch classes to gather and to share successes or problems in repairing
their pocket watch projects. There was no formal instruction. The class
was coordinated by Bill Andrle. Assisting the students in their repair
projects was John Marchant, an experienced watch repairman. |

Clinton Kleen & Robert Connell are cleaning their pocket watch
parts in the ultrasonic cleaning machine. What looks like a steam engine
train bearing down on them in the background is actually a print on the wall in
the Founder's Building! In these photos, you will see several of these
prints. |
