This class was taught by Phil Gregory and Karen Summerville. In the class photo from left-to-right, we have: Larry Bolfing, Bill Andrle, Larry Grubb, Phil Gregory (instructor), Jim Summerville, John Sparks, Pat Flanigan, Linda Day, Gary Mowery, Garland Peters, Jean Peters, Joe Veneziano and Arnold Mednick.
The class met at Old City Park with 12 students. Half of the class was attending for the second time working on advanced projects. Several dials were finished expertly and there were some others. A good time was had by all with the usual unbelievable stories. The students learned to ink on paint, paint small flower decorations on paint, put gold leaf on gesso, put on transfers and the process for putting a finish color on paint and paper after the inking is done. |
