KITCHEN CLOCK REPAIR 100 CLASS - January 9, 2001




The Basic American Time & Strike Repair Course was offered starting on January 9, 2001 for 10 consecutive Tuesday nights. Attending, from left to right: Robert Connell, Chuck Edwards, Bill Edwards, Phil Gregory, Gerald Lacy, Sam Norvell, Charlie Watson, Mark Banta, and John Tope. This class was taught by Ron Van Ness.

It looks like Charlie Watson has found a place to put all the wheels. Now all he has left to do is to put the top plate on. That should be a snap!
Chuck Edwards nees a little additional light on his clock parts. It has been rumored that Chuck likes pliers; especiall if they have red handles. Chuck is a Chapter 124 director.

John Tope uses a mainspring winder. A mainspring winder is a very important tool in the clock repair shop.
Another important tool in the clock repair shop is a jeweler's lathe. Sam Norvell examines one in the classroom.
